All our products are handmade to order. This means each figure is crafted when you place your order, with a production lead time of approximately 10 business days before shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package at all times. If you haven't received the tracking email within 12 business days of purchase, contact us at info@chromarastudio.com.
As our products are custom handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, exceptions apply:
You may cancel your order only within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. After that, as it is a handmade-to-order product, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, write to us as soon as possible at info@chromarastudio.com.
Where a refund applies (unreplaceable defective product, unrecoverable seller error), the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
