2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to ship your order: name, shipping address, email and, if you contact us, whatever you choose to share. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

3. Why we use it

Your data is used solely to fulfil your order, to keep you updated on production and shipping, and to comply with tax/accounting law.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data — or object to its processing — at any time by writing to info@chromarastudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (AEPD).

6. Cookies & analytics

We use technical cookies for the shopping cart and Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand which pages help and which don't. No advertising cookies. No data selling.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (USA) under their own privacy policy and the international transfer safeguards approved by the European Commission.

8. Retention

Order data is kept for the minimum legal period (5 years for Spanish tax law). Contact data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
