1. General information

These terms govern access to chromarastudio.com and the purchase of Chromara Studio products (C/ Sta. Teresa de Jesús, 2C, 28909 Getafe, Madrid, Spain).

2. Products and pricing

All products are resin or polyurethane figures handmade to order. Prices show in EUR for the European market and USD for the rest of the world, including VAT where applicable.

3. Purchase process

• Pick product and colour
• Add to cart and proceed to checkout
• Pay securely via Stripe
• Receive order confirmation by email

4. Payment

Processed by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. We don't store card data.

5. Production and delivery

~10 business days production + shipping time. Details in the shipping policy.

6. Cancellations and returns

As these are made-to-order custom products, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Cancellations only within the first 24h. Details in the shipping policy.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on chromarastudio.com belong to Chromara Studio. Reproduction prohibited without written authorisation.

8. Governing law

Spanish law. Jurisdiction: courts of Madrid (Spain).
