How long does delivery take?
About 5 days in the studio plus shipping: 10-20 days to the US and the rest of the world, 5-10 days within Europe. If you are tight on a date, email us at info@chromarastudio.com before ordering and we will confirm whether it arrives in time. We do not promise deadlines we cannot meet.
Can I ask for a color that is not on the site?
Sometimes, yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know if it is doable.
Does it come ready to give?
Every piece leaves protected so it arrives exactly as it left the studio. If it is a gift and you do not want the price to show, say so in the notes field at checkout.
Are they really one of a kind?
Yes. They are made by hand, one at a time, so the piece you receive is unique.
