1. General information
These terms govern access to the website chromarastudio.com and the purchase of Chromara Studio products, trading name of Estela Martínez, tax ID 17496391S (C/ Sta. Teresa de Jesús, 2C, 28909 Getafe, Madrid, Spain).
2. Products and prices
All products are resin or polyurethane figurines handmade to order. Prices are shown in EUR for the European market, VAT included, and in USD for the rest of the world, VAT exempt as an export. No tax is added at checkout: what you see is what you pay, plus shipping.
3. Purchase process
- You select the product and color
- You add it to the cart and go to checkout
- You pay securely through Stripe
- You receive order confirmation by email
4. Payment
Processed by Stripe: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store banking data.
5. Production and delivery
~5 business days to make, plus shipping time. Details in the shipping policy.
6. Cancellations and returns
Every piece is made by hand after the order is placed and in the colour the customer chooses, so it is goods made to their specifications: there is no right of withdrawal, under article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. You can cancel within the first 24 h, as long as production has not started.
This does not affect the legal guarantee of conformity: if the piece arrives broken or faulty, you have three years from delivery to claim, and we will replace it or refund you. Details in the shipping and returns policy.
7. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and designs on chromarastudio.com are the property of Chromara Studio. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Governing law
Spanish law. Jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
