What are the magnets made of?
Every magnet is made by hand in our Madrid studio using high-clarity epoxy resin. The back has a strong built-in magnet that grips firmly to any metal surface.
What size is each magnet?
The magnets are roughly 7.5 × 4.5 cm. That is the ideal size for a fridge, a locker, a magnetic board or any metal surface at home or at the office.
Which colors are available?
There are five colors: pink, red, blue, yellow and green. Buy them individually at US$12 (€8) each, or take the 5-color set for US$48 (€35).
Do they work on stainless steel fridges?
Yes. The built-in magnet is strong enough for most modern fridges, stainless steel included. On very smooth surfaces or special paint finishes the grip can be weaker.
How long does the order take to arrive?
Every magnet is made to order in about 5 business days. Shipping takes 10-20 days to the US and the rest of the world, 5-10 days within Europe and 2-4 days within Spain, all tracked.
What if it arrives broken?
We replace it at no cost. Every order ships with protective packaging and a tracking number. If the piece arrives broken or faulty, email us a photo and we will send a new one or refund you — your choice. You have three years of guarantee from the day you receive it. If the damage came from the courier, we would appreciate a heads-up within the first 48 hours: that is what lets us claim from the carrier.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Every piece is made by hand after your order and in the colour you choose, so it is goods made to your specifications and carries no right of withdrawal (article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). You can cancel within the first 24 h, as long as we have not started making it. And if it arrives broken or faulty, that is covered: we replace it or refund you.
