Where the pieces are made
In our Madrid workshop. It is not a shop: there is no counter, no opening hours and no way to buy there in person. Everything is sold through the site and leaves from here by courier with a tracking number.
If you need the registered address for an invoice or a return, it is in the shipping and returns policy.
What do people usually write about?
- A color that is not on the site. It can be done. Tell us which and we will say whether it is possible.
- Special commissions. Weddings, baby showers, shop windows, corporate gifts.
- The status of an order. Give us your name or the order number and we will tell you where it is.
- Questions before buying. Real size, weight, finish, how it looks on a shelf.

- How long does it take? Every piece is made by hand after the order: about 5 days in the studio, plus shipping.
- Will the colour be exactly like the photo? Every piece is made one by one, so the colour can vary slightly. That is exactly what makes no two alike.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, to 112 countries, with a tracking number.
